He began his career at Oxford Solutions in Pittsburgh in 2012 as an IT Recruiter and quickly advanced into a leadership role within two years. As a Recruiting Manager, he played a key role in training, developing, and managing recruiting teams across the organization. Since 2017, Mark has been dedicated to IT client development, helping businesses find top talent nationwide. His commitment to client relationships and attention to detail contributed to a 100% year-over-year revenue increase during his first four years in sales. In 2022, he relocated his family to Philadelphia to establish and expand our presence in the region.
